Private Dinners

The concept of fine dining in home comes from my belief that good food should be shared with friends. People want an elevated, fine-dining experience in their home but often lack the confidence to prepare it on their own. With my help, fine dining in your home is attainable.

My approach is to use my family recipes, with simple ingredients, to present a plate that reflects a fine-dining restaurant. The sweet spot of my recipes are founded in Italian Cuisine and Mediterranean Fusion. All my Private Dinner menus are bespoke - they are custom designed just for you!

What to expect: I design a menu for 2 to 10 guests, at a price comparable to an upscale restaurant, with care taken for personal preferences and allergies.

How this works….

  • I can accommodate up to 20 guests. Parties of 10 or more will require an assistant for an extra charge to ensure food and service remain exceptional or served buffet style

  • When you contact me (use the button above) I will send you a form where you will tell me about your event, such as likes, dislikes, food allergies, preferences, and theme.

  • Price is dependent on the menu, number of courses, cost of ingredients, and complexity of dishes. Expect between $100 to $125 per guest.

Yes, good food should be shared with friends. With “Collaborate in the Kitchen,” my approach is to let you experience what it is like to cook my family recipes in your kitchen. This is a hybrid between a private dinner and an in-home class where you get to experience a total culinary immersion. You don’t just learn how to make ONE thing - you get an entire dining experience while learning.

How this works….

  • You will break into teams to prepare your own 3-course Mediterranean dinner experience

  • I bring ALL equipment and supplies for the experience

  • Guests will divide into groups to prepare an appetizer of zucchini fritters with lemon yogurt sauce, hand made cavatelli with homemade tomato marinara, and a dessert of tiramisu

  • This is a fixed menu, but contact me for any allergies or preferences. Menu alterations may affect the price

  • $125 per guest
