Chef Frank Granito
I'm Frank Granito, Chef and Owner of Pasticcio di Granito. I am a Private Chef, Chef Instructor, and Certified Culinarian. I specialize in Italian Cuisine and Mediterranean Fusion.
I love being in the kitchen creating fine dining experiences for diners and sharing my passion with others. I believe that good food should be shared with friends. People want an elevated, fine-dining experience in their home but do not have the confidence to prepare it on their own. With my help, that desire is attainable.
My style is what I call “elevated rustic.” My Italian family and Greek in-laws made dishes using simple and fresh ingredients that produced great flavors. It would be served family style - they weren’t into plating and presentation - and no one cared, because the food was just that good! But we all know “we eat with our eyes.” So, I use my family recipes and simple ingredients to present a plate that looks like it came from a fine-dining restaurant, but stays true to the original rustic intent of the dish.
